Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 1/2 cup chickpea soaked 2 tbsp tahini 3 chopped garlic Drops of water 2 chillies Olive oil vinegar

Directions

  • Soak the chickpea overnight
  • Boil the chickpea in a cooker until soft
  • Allow it to cool
  • Add chickpea, Tahini, and add chillies without seeds along with chopping garlic in a mixer
  • Blend it and add olive oil and vinegar
  • For garnishing I added chillies without the seeds
